Mixing prints seems like such a hard feat to conquer but with a couple of rules, you’ll be mixing prints like a pro!
– Start out small.
If you are a beginner, I’ll advice starting out smaller with the prints. Maybe a print jacket over an otherwise plain outfit. Or a bold print on your shoe/bag.
– Stay in the family
Stick to the same color family. For example, white and black striped top with a polka white and black skirt.
– Stay on the small end
The bigger the print, the more noticeable you are, so if you don’t want to be too “Obvious” you should stick to smaller prints.
– Stay comfortable
It all boils down to feeling comfortable in what you’re wearing. If it doesn’t look good to you, you should probably change it cos it might dampen your confidence and that never looks good on clothes.
Here’s my version of mixing prints;
Hope you like, xx.
What do you think?
Till next time, xx.
Trust your Monday is going just fine… I’m wearing this super affordable jumpsuit I got from H&M with a pair of strappy sandals/boot hybrid. I really love H&M cos they provide nice stylish clothes that come in relatively affordable prices. Sometimes, for a steal.
I think that you should wear some makeup and jewelry (if possible), like I did here so you will not be mistaken for someone going paint balling (we don’t want that)
What do you think?
I’ll really appreciate your feedback. Please leave a comment!
Till next time,
Love, Peace and Macaroons.
How is your weekend going? Very good, I presume? So far, mine has been quite uneventful. Let’s hope it picks up (fake hope, I know I have nothing to do)
This post is a throwback to one day the sun really came out to play. Something about spring that really brings out the bad girl in you and you just wanna go on an ankle-baring spree *giggles*
I made this skirt almost two years ago after I found the beautiful fabric in the market and it still serves me till today.
